I’m Andy Lechtenberg, President of Marlin Technologies. My focus is coordinating the strategic direction for Marlin and ensuring we have the resources, both manpower and equipment, in place to be successful. As leaders, our role is to coach and facilitate our team to strive for continuous improvement and innovative solutions for our customers.
When I’m not working on Marlin related opportunities, you will probably find me hanging out at our lake cottage, enjoying the many outdoor activities WI has to offer. There are always ‘projects’ in process, probably inherent in my training as an engineer.
I have had the good fortune to start my career designing tooling for zinc and plastic parts, which has provided me with unique insights throughout my career. As I developed and added an MBA to my credentials, I eventually worked my way to the VP of Engineering of a fortune 500 company supplying auto and truck manufactures in NA. My 20+ years of partnership and training as a supplier to the auto industry enabled me to hone my skillset to lead manufacturing businesses. The investment in Marlin over 20 years ago and it’s continuing success is among my most rewarding experiences of my life. We have a talented and dedicated team that rewards both our customers and our employees every day with ‘success stories’.
Vice PresidentJohn Lechtenberg
John is the Vice President at Marlin Technologies, leading the Finance, IT, Customer Service, and Purchasing Departments. When not working John enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, and traveling.
Business Development ManagerJay McDermott
Jay leads the Sales and Marketing group at Marlin Technologies. He is focused on growing new and existing OEM sales for Marlin and developing new products for the off-highway vehicle market. Jay’s experience in the display market assists him in finding new sales and components for his current sales and marketing position. Jay is an avid golfer and on the weekends you will find him enjoying his time on the fairways.
Operations ManagerKevin Larsen
Kevin is the Operations Manager at Marlin Technologies, which includes Manufacturing, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, and Maintenance. His focus is on strategically positioning Marlin for growth and driving operational improvements. Kevin has over 20 years of experience in the electronic manufacturing industry, with roles including manufacturing engineering, lean, and plant management. Kevin enjoys cooking, sporting events, and spending time with friends and family in his free time.
Director of HR & AccountingAnnette Kania
After 15 years at Marlin, Annette is currently the Director of Accounting and Human Resources. Maintaining positive relationships among the Marlin team-members is a top priority, along with maintaining the availability of excellent benefit packages. Annette has prior work experience as the Production Coordinator for a local landscape company. Annette is active with Special Olympics as a coach and parent to an athlete. She also enjoys traveling with friends to new locations, and flying to Texas to spend time with her son and his family.
Sales ManagerJim Schoenauer
Jim leads the Sales team at Marlin Technologies. He is focused on existing and new OEM sales for the Marlin off-highway vehicle market. Jim’s previous experience supporting OEMs in the medical and defense industries have proven very helpful in his current position at Marlin. In his free time Jim takes advantage of Wisconsin’s fishing and skiing seasons.
Sales EngineerDamian Gouff
Damian is an outside Sales Engineer at Marlin Technologies. He works with long-time accounts on developing solutions for new applications and discussing modifications to product and software for added functionality on existing modules. He presents new OEM clients with product and service offerings to meet their requirements for severe duty electronic modules. He has over 30 years experience in technical electronic sales and working in partnership with customers for the best-fit solution. In his personal time, Damian enjoys summers outdoors with kayaking, bicycling and hiking, or just relaxing in the sun.
Sales EngineerStan Parafiniuk
Stan is a Sales Engineer for Marlin Tech. His primary mission is to implement and sell electronic solutions to OEMs in various severe duty markets. Stan’s past experience includes designing electrical systems for some of the biggest, toughest vehicles in the world. Stan enjoys motorcycling, atving, and boating on Lake Winnebago.
OEMs rely on Marlin for products that can be engineered and customized for any unique application. This allows them to design equipment and machinery with a high degree of innovation and creativity. Our Development Team consists of hardware and software engineers who collaborate with customers to define, design, prototype, test and manufacture products to their specifications and required certifications.
